Haunted Museum returns to Wenatchee Valley for ‘Ringmaster’s Revenge’

WENATCHEE—The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center has announced the return of its annual "Haunted Museum" event for October. This year's theme, "Ringmaster's Revenge," will feature a circus-themed haunted experience.

The event will run on select dates from October 18 to October 30, with check-in times between 6 and 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $20 for pre-registered attendees and $25 at the door. The museum recommends early ticket purchases to secure spots and save money, as tickets have sold out quickly in previous years.

On October 25, the museum will host a special "Rocky Horror Picture Show" sing-along, encouraging attendees to dress as their favorite characters from the film.

For families seeking a less intense experience, a "Not-So-Spooky Haunted Museum" event is scheduled for October 31 from 3-5 p.m. This daytime event will offer a family-friendly version of the haunted museum with lights on and treat stations throughout the building.

The museum has issued safety warnings for potential attendees, noting the use of special effects, including flashing lights, lasers, fog machines, and loud noises. They advise against participation for individuals with certain medical conditions or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Haunt is not recommended for children under 13, and the museum states no refunds will be issued.

The event is supported by grant funding from the City of Wenatchee and Apple Valley Honda.
